Hi Marian2019. One of the easiest ways to cleanse is to eliminate sugar, alcohol, dairy, gluten and caffeine from your diet for a period of time (I recommend you start with 5 days) but it can be 14–30 or more days. Then you gradually add back in the foods to see how you feel and how your body feels.
There are more intense cleanses where you take supplements and do things to promote the body detoxing. I prefer a more gentle approach as I described above.
