Hi Leontien! Thank you! I’m so happy the article was helpful. The answer is yes, fish bone broth does have the anti-inflammatory benefits as beef or chicken. Those bones also have the collagen that is so helpful for the gut. There are a few differences in the mineral content, but all three are great broths! Fish broth takes less time to cook and is a lighter broth. :)
